Suncrest Elementary

8/21/2021 - Dr. Campbell greeted Suncrest Elementary students on their first day of school on Tuesday along with principal, Douglas Gaither and assistant principal, Sarah Kane. The principals were happy on day one to not only welcome students, but also about the immediate efficiency of the car rider lane. "We like to have all the car riders in the building by 8:30 a.m. and we are doing well today," Gaither said.

New students were escorted to their classrooms by aides and teachers. Returning students knew the routine and recently had an opportunity to meet with their new teachers at Open House held the night before.  A few students arrived without their required masks, but were promptly provided with one before entering the school. Disposable masks are available to students and staff in all schools.
