BUSINESS PARTNERS IN EDUCATION 
A business-education partnership is a cooperative effort between the school and business to improve or enhance that school. Working together, school and business representatives look for ways to  improve student learning. In West Virginia The Education Alliance is the guiding force.

Ridgedale staff is proud of our Business Partners. We are always looking for ways to strengthen and improve our partnership's role in the betterment of our children's education.

Mountaineer Lawn Care has been our long standing, active business partner since 2001.  Owner, Dan Cheslock, has demonstrated a long term interest in education and young people through his involvement in 4-H Programs and our school. Mountaineer Lawn Care provides speakers for Science Day, Read Aloud participants, and awards for our President's Physical Fitness Test and 100 Miler Club. 



We welcome our newest business partner, Waterfront Office of Centra Bank. We look forward to developing a mutual partnership to support the students at Ridgedale Elementary.

Jeff Spinder, Ice Cream Master, works with our school's committee to support our strategic plan.  We held an ice cream social to raise funds for our book room.  Cold Stone Creamery, also, provides certificates for incentives. We welcome our newest business partner.
